Katie Hutchinson grew up aspiring to be the next Jacques Cousteau. From catching hermit crabs as a kid to researching blue crabs in the Chesapeake Bay, she has been always fascinated by marine life. She has held various positions promoting outreach and education to preserve the natural world in marine research, education and at various zoological institutions. She is passionate about educating people about sustainable living and leads by example.
